ADULT EDUCATION AND LITERACY HSE
The Cape Girardeau Adult Education & Literacy (Cape AEL) serves adult students (ages 17 years and older) in the following areas:
- Prepare for the new Missouri HSE
(High School Equivalency) test – formerly
the GED® test

- Prepare for the U.S. Citizenship exam
- Prepare for entrance exams
such as TEAS math
- Learn or improve basic reading, math or
writing skills
- Work with Transitions Coordinator in making next step after HSE (employment or post-secondary)

- Advance (evening & day)

Test Preparation:

- Reading and language skills
ESL/Citizenship classes are available at:

(morning and evening)
